Course Overview

In this course, we will explore  the ability to differentiate between influence and authority, describe the various methods of becoming influential, identify challenges and barriers that may hinder gaining influence without authority, indicate different ways to earn recognition and respect, and explain how to balance compassion with authority.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
