Course Overview

In this course, we will explore an overview of the essential principles and practices of project management. Students will learn the definition and importance of project management, as well as the key skills and tools required to successfully manage a project.

The course covers the various phases of a project, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Additionally, students will explore common project management challenges and strategies for resolving them, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively manage projects in a variety of industries.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
