Closing the Generation Gap: Strategies for Effective Collaboration and Recruitment

Course Overview

In this course, we will explore strategies for effectively closing the generation gap in today’s diverse work environment. You will learn to define what is meant by the age gap and understand how it impacts workplace dynamics. We will practice a variety of techniques to overcome generational differences and foster collaboration among colleagues.

Additionally, you will recognise the necessity of recruitment and retention strategies, as well as succession planning, to ensure your organisation’s continuity. We will also examine a range of recruitment methods in the context of the generation gap, evaluating their benefits to make informed decisions. 

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
