Course Overview

This elearning video course follows on from another module "Managing Change ".

The three video clips in this course show how to manage different reactions to change, how to cope with change and managing the survivors after a round of redundancies.

To support the videos there are lots of tips and interaction for you to use in the future during any period of change at work.

Course Objectives

• Manage different reactions to change to get everyone on board over time
• Understand the change curve and 7 phases of change
• How to manage yourself and your team AFTER a round of redundancies
