Course Overview

Understand how conflict situations arise in the workplace, and plan to avoid them. Conflict at work can give rise to psychological, legal and in rare cases even physical risks. Drawing on the expertise of security specialists Trisat, who have helped clients from Jaguar Land Rover to T-Mobile keep their people safe, this course shows you how to prepare for conflict.
