Course Overview

In this course, we'll explore the approaches to finding the right candidate for your organisation. You'll learn how to conduct a job analysis to identify the skills, knowledge, and experience required for the role.

We'll cover how to write an effective job description that attracts the right candidates and outlines the responsibilities and requirements of the job. You'll also learn about the various methods of recruitment, including advertising, referrals, and headhunting. Additionally, we'll outline the shortlisting process and explain how to evaluate candidates effectively to identify the best fit for the role.

Finally, we'll describe the checks that need to be completed once a conditional job offer has been accepted, including background checks, reference checks, and medical examinations. By the end of this course, you'll have the tools and knowledge required to find the right candidate for your organisation and build a successful team.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
