Course Overview

In this course, we will explore succession planning and its crucial role in ensuring organisational continuity and fostering leadership development. Participants will explore the benefits of succession planning, practical strategies for creating effective succession plans, and methods for enhancing talent retention within organisations.

By the end of the course, participants will have gained valuable insights into succession planning and the benefits of succession planning, alongside how to create a succession plan and increasing talent retention.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
