Coaching: A Beginner's Guide to Unleashing Potential
Course Overview
In this course, we'll explore coaching in the workplace and provide practical guidance on when coaching should be given. You'll learn about different coaching models and how to apply them in different scenarios. We'll discuss how to set goals and monitor progress, including how to identify key metrics and track progress effectively. You'll also learn how to deliver constructive feedback in a way that is clear, constructive, and actionable.
Additionally, we'll describe how to use the reflection process to enhance learning and development, including how to encourage self-reflection and provide guidance for improvement. By the end of this course, you'll have the tools and knowledge to become an effective coach, set goals, monitor progress, give feedback, and use the reflection process to enhance learning and development.
This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
