Course Overview

In this course, we'll identify some common communication issues people have and provide practical techniques for addressing them. You'll develop essential skills in questioning to get the information you need, as well as self-awareness to enhance your communication skills. We'll cover listening techniques and empathy skills that can help you connect with others and understand their needs better.

By the end of this course, you'll have the tools and knowledge to navigate communication challenges effectively, build stronger relationships, and communicate with confidence in any situation.

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
