Course Overview
In this course, we will explore the essential skills to control emotions and communicate effectively with others, fostering personal and professional growth. Throughout this course, participants will explore the significance of emotional intelligence in the workplace and beyond, learning how to identify personality types within their team and utilise this insight to build stable and creative teams that yield high results.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to define emotional intelligence, comprehend its different components, develop practical techniques to enhance each element of emotional intelligence, identify the four personality types, interact with them effectively, and promote emotional intelligence within their team to create a more collaborative and productive work environment.
This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
