Overview
This CPD-certified, level-2, e-learning course is suitable for anyone who handles information (pretty much everyone!).
The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor. It is specifically designed to teach learners everything from the basics of information security and why it is important to specifics such as how to safeguard against losses and spot scams.

- Introduction and Overview - Covering the different types of information, why information security is important, and how information is classified in an organisation, as well as where different types of information is held and what kind of things can go wrong.
- Internal and Mechanical Risks - Exploring in detail both risks from internal error or wrongdoing and mechanical failures. Includes hints and tips on best practice and features a look at some real-life cases.
- External Attacks - Taking an in-depth look at how organisations’ information can be targeted by external attacks, including phishing, spam, and DDoS.
