Evidence Based Decision Making
Overview
This module provides universally applicable skills for all in understanding what bias is, how easily it influences decision making and top tips to recognise, avoid and challenge our own biases. This is important for all employees, however People Managers in particular benefit from learning the core skills of evidence-based decision making to create an inclusive environment for all.

Target audience
All employees, particularly people managers
