Recording and Reporting - Children's Care

Overview

This Foundation level course raises awareness of the practitioner's duty of care to keep daily records, what makes a good report, GDPR and policies and procedures. The programme benefits from narrative scenarios and activities with ongoing assessment making it engaging and interactive.

Aims & Objectives:

  • Explain why reports must be written.
  • Demonstrate the importance of ethical writing.
  • Identify what to include in reports.
  • Help you recognise the difference between fact, opinion, and judgement.
