Course Overview

In this module, we will cover LGBTQ+ awareness, the different identities and laws related to LGBTQ+ individuals, why inclusivity and awareness is important and beneficial to the workplace and how to promote inclusion. We will also discuss how to recognise and challenge bias in the workplace. This will help individuals to become more LGBTQ+ aware and to ensure that all individuals, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation, feel safe, respected and valued in the workplace.
