How to Buy

Just follow the steps below to buy a course and get started.

  • Browse the course catalogue.
  • Find a subject area you're interested in, then click on an course title to find out more. Read the course description and check out the technical requirements.

  • Add your chosen course to your shopping basket.
  • If you're buying just for yourself, then enter 1 in the 'Quantity' box. If you're buying several courses for a business, then enter the number of people who'll be taking the course in the 'Quantity' box

  • Review your order by clicking on your shopping basket.
  • Once you're happy with your basket and before checking out, you'll be asked to register with us if you're a new customer. If you already have an account, you'll be asked to log in.

  • Pay online using your credit or debit card.
  • You'll be directed to a secure payment page, where you'll be asked to fill in your credit/debit card details. We'll send you a confirmation email to keep as a record of your purchase too.

  • Start learning!
  • If you've bought a course just for yourself, you'll be able to access it from the 'My Courses' page once you've logged into your account. If you've bought a few courses for a business, we'll email you with enrolment keys to give to your colleagues.

Do I get a VAT Invoice?

A VAT invoice is displayed at the end of the purchase process. You should print this for your records. We do not supply VAT invoices in hard copy.

Can I raise a Purchase Order instead of buying online?

Yes, for orders of £100 or more, you can order via an "offline" order process (and we will invoice you, as an alternative to paying online using a credit card). Please contact the support team (putting "Invoice Billing Request" as the email subject) and we will be in touch with an order form.

Can I buy a single course and share it amongst people in my organisation?

No. When buying a course you need to enter in the quantity box the number of people you're buying the course for. When you buy courses for your business, the website will generate 'enrolment keys'. Each enrolment key can be used by only one person to open one specific course. See our terms and conditions for full details.

Can I allocate access to people outside my organisation?

No. People from other organisations should purchase courses separately.

Can I swap my course?

Under our terms and conditions, you may be able to get a refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't accessed your course materials, you are then able to purchase a different course. Please see our Refund policy.

Course extension policy

When you purchase an course you are granted access to your course on a time limited basis, this is 6 months for most courses. Please ensure you have plenty of time to complete the course before purchasing as we are unable to extend access periods. If you require more time then this you will need to re-purchase the course.
