We take you through examples of the difficulties created by Deflectors and Non-Team Players, and how to deal with them in a positive and productive way.

First we show you the most common types of Deflectors - that's people who don't share your ideas of team effort, and whose lack of dedication can only sap the strength of your team. Then we move on to Non-Team Players. These people may contribute, but they also have their own personal agendas.

You should find many ideas in this course to help you, now and in the future, to take situations that often feel frustrating, and turn them into positive outcomes.
