This lesson explores how, with some careful thought and preparation, you can make a convincing case for change and convince others to support your ideas.  Together, we’ll explore how to identify beneficial changes, weigh up the possible consequences, gather your facts, and persuade others that your change is worth making.

Our working lives are full of potential changes that would significantly impact our productivity, performance or well-being if we made them. If you’re not in a leadership position, though, you might not always feel like you can push for those positive changes.

Advocating for yourself and the needs of those around you is hugely valuable, and it doesn’t need to be intimidating. Join us to discover how you can become a change-maker in your organisation.
