Overview

This course will provide you with the understanding of what bullying and harassment is, the different forms it can take and how it can present in the workplace.

It will also prepare you for what to do if you find yourself to be the target of harassment and what will typically happen after raising a complaint.

Learning Outcomes

• To gain an understanding of practical ways to tackle bullying and harassment in the workplace
• To gain an understanding of the differences between bullying and harassment and how they may manifest in the workplace
• To gain an understanding of how to effectively communicate and handle disclosures of bullying and harassment
• To gain an understanding of how to positively create a safe work environment free from bullying and harassment

Course Structure

This course has been designed in a non-linear and modular fashion which means you may complete the units in any order you wish.

The course will track your progress so don’t worry if you have to dip in and out.  There will be a knowledge check at the end of course which will become available once you have completed all of the prescribed units.
