Managing Conflict

Course Overview

Aim: The delegate will learn how to manage, counter and successfully deal with a conflict situation ensuring a satisfactory conclusion.

By the end of this module the delegate can:

  • Explain conflict strategies 
  • State how to utilise different approaches 
  • Demonstrate confidence in dealing with conflict scenarios

Who Would Benefit

This module is aimed at anyone who has not received any formal tuition in how to handle difficult people and scenarios or those in need of a refresher in how to diffuse and manage potential conflict.
