When you work anywhere that serves alcohol, you need to follow the Licensing Act. It's a law that regulates the sale of alcohol. If you break it, you could be prosecuted and fined.

We’re going to take a look at what you need to do. But first, let’s learn about alcohol and why the Licensing Act exists.
