Course Overview

Teamwork can help a business achieve goals that would be impossible for individuals to achieve alone. It allows colleagues to combine their different skills and experience to create a team with multiple strengths. Within a team, colleagues can support each other and share ideas and insights. 

In any workplace, new challenges will appear and new opportunities will arise. It’s important that teams continue to grow and develop to respond to changing circumstances. This is especially important in the fast-changing modern world.

In this course, we’ll look at what both leaders and team-members can do to help their team to develop.

Firstly, we look at the importance of communicating regularly in a clear way. Then we look at the importance of maintaining a sense of team purpose using goals and targets. 

Next, we look at the importance of support and encouraging other team members. Finally, we look at listening skills and how to respond positively to receiving feedback.
