Course Overview

As a manager, your priority is supporting and developing the people who work for you. However, one of the best ways to achieve that is to build a strong working relationship with your own manager. This is sometimes called “managing upwards.” If you get this relationship right, your manager can provide information and resources, offer you guidance and help you to work effectively within your broader organization.
