When times are tough, we all need someone to talk to. Whether that’s a family member, friend, or partner. As a leader, you want to be supportive, too. But what happens when supportive coaching tips over into counselling? Good leaders know how to maintain balance. Your team should be able to come to you with worries and problems. But you should also feel confident setting professional boundaries. It’s a tricky balance to get right, but it is possible. This course will teach you how.
