Supervisions and Appraisals

Overview

This course, tailored to managers, will explore what supervisions and appraisals are and how to get the most out of them with team members. It will go through the duties of a manager and team member, making these meetings person-centred and promoting wellbeing at all times.

We will also look at the importance of SMART goals, managing performance and what tools you can use, as a manager, to support you in carrying out supervisions and appraisals with your team.
