The equality legislation in the United Kingdom mostly comes from the Equality Act 2010. This act centralised previous pieces of legislation into a singular cohesive piece. In this course, we will explore this Act, and the key rights and responsibilities of employees within it. Everyone has a duty to uphold the principles of equality and diversity.
