Course Overview

Research shows that connecting with nature has numerous health benefits. But for many of us, especially those who live in towns and cities and have busy, nine-to-five lifestyles, spending sufficient time in nature can be a challenge. This course provides five useful tips so that you can maximize your time outdoors, whatever your work schedule.

This animated course takes you through 5 tips on how nature can help your wellbeing and how getting out of the office for a short time can help your wellbeing. The course concludes with a short multiple choice quiz.
