Our Questioning Skills & Active Listening module shows you how to get the most from a conversation - you'll take your communication with those around you to another level.

Course Objectives

After taking this module, and with a little practice, you'll be able to:

  • Use the funnel to direct conversations to a satisfactory end point
  • Apply the Five Levels of Listening to how you listen to others
  • Listen actively during every conversation that's important to you
