Overview

This course aims to raise awareness on reporting concerns relating to hoarding and clutter and how to support a service user who shows signs of this within their home.

Objectives

This training will enable learners to:

• Recognise what hoarding and clutter involves
• Correctly report concerns of hoarding
• Support someone who is a hoarder
