Overview

This Hybrid Working course discusses what hybrid working is and the benefits and challenges of a hybrid working model. It covers how employees can set up their workstation, protect their physical and mental wellbeing, enhance communication and collaboration, boost productivity and keep the organisation’s assets and data secure.

Objectives

  • Identify how to adjust your workstation and work environment whether you WFH or WFO
  • List the steps to take when adjusting a hotdesk
  • Recognise ways to have effective and inclusive hybrid meetings
