Course Overview

Working from home can be especially challenging for leaders. Physical distance often makes it harder to supervise and motivate team-members, maintain a strong team culture, run productive meetings, and drive productivity. Sometimes a manager’s individual leadership style simply doesn’t translate to the remote environment, which can be frustrating for both manager and team.

“Remote Teams: Leadership” equips remote leaders with the knowledge and skills they need to unlock the potential of virtual teamwork. The 3-minute animation - with rich, learning-focused visual content and lively audio narration - covers the major challenges of remote leadership and sets out strategies for tackling them.

The course also includes a short assessment, so learners can test their mastery of the material
