Bribery and Corruption

Overview

There are four key areas that individuals and organisations need to comply with to ensure they avoid committing bribery. These are:

  • Bribing others
  • Receiving a bribe
  • Bribing a foreign official; and
  • Failing to prevent bribery

In this e-learning course, you will learn how to recognise and effectively deal with bribery when it occurs. Developing an understanding of the law and how it is applied. You’ll also become more aware of the dangers and what actions organisations and individuals can take to make sure they avoid situations where bribery can occur and act responsibly it when it does.
