Course Overview

This course will help you build and maintain psychological safety in your team, recognise potential threats to it, and respond effectively if a team member raises concerns. You'll learn practical ways to encourage open communication and trust, enabling you to create a positive, collaborative environment where everyone feels valued.
This course builds skills in inclusivity, empathy and active listening.
