Overview

Your mindset can be your greatest asset. In sales, understanding and consistently applying the fundamental behaviours, habits and the right beliefs will create differentiation, and support your development and growth.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Identify what mindset is, and its importance for salespeople;
  • Explore the 5 critical sales mindsets and their impact throughout the sales process;
  • Distinguish between thoughts and behaviours that are associated with a fixed mindset versus a growth mindset;
  • Discover how to develop and maintain a growth (sales) mindset;
