Pipeline Management

Overview

The principles of pipeline management will ensure that you develop the right behaviours and mindset towards prospecting activities that consistently deliver results.

This module will provide you with a framework for how to build a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities, whilst ensuring that you're able to measure results, adapt to market dynamics, and continuously develop your understanding.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

  • Discover what pipeline management is, and why it matters;
  • Identify the elements to consider when developing the sales pipeline;
  • Explore the stages in the sales pipeline process;
  • Recognise how to manage the sales pipeline proactively to improve prospecting and conversion;
