Identifying and Preventing Sexual Harassment

Overview

It's estimated that more than a quarter of employees experience some form of sexual harassment in their professional lives - and for women, that number might be as high as 85%. That's a staggering percentage, and entirely unacceptable. Any amount of workplace harassment is too much, and companies that fail to appreciate that are not only doing their employees a grave disservice but will ultimately suffer severe consequences in the form of high turnover, low productivity, abysmal morale, and the not-so-occasional lawsuit.

That's where Identifying and Preventing Sexual Harassment comes in. We consulted with a number of human resource experts to design a program that helps stop sexual harassment before it starts, as well as provide your workforce with concrete strategies for responding to and reporting harassment if it ever does occur.

Now that might sound like this will be some pretty dull training. You've undoubtedly seen sexual harassment training in the past that is so similar in delivery that the message can get lost in the mix. But ours is different. Sexual harassment is a serious subject, but that doesn't mean learning how to prevent it has to be so dry that you slip into a coma. We've worked hard to style this critical education to be as enjoyable as possible, and we're pleased to say we've done so without detracting from the importance of the material.

So get ready for Identifying and Preventing Sexual Harassment, another educational offering from The Jeff Havens Company, where we provide serious solutions in a seriously funny way.
