Overview

This course covers key aspects of sexual harassment, including what it is, where it occurs, who is affected, and relevant legislation like the Equality Act 2010 and Worker Protection Act 2023. Participants will learn about the myths, realities, and statistics of sexual harassment.

The course concludes with practical guidance on prevention and response, exploring anti-harassment policies, training, support mechanisms, bystander intervention, and reporting incidents.
