Course Overview

The delegate will learn the key principles of managing the discipline and grievance procedure with confidence. 

Learning Outcomes

By the end of this module the delegate can: 

  • Recall what is meant by discipline and grievance 
  • State when the disciplinary procedure may be invoked 
  • Recite a typical disciplinary process 
  • Describe how to deal with a grievance
