Before you start, we recommend that you carefully read this page to lead you through the installation process.

1. Make sure that you are using a PC that meets the minimum requirements as specified on the support page.
2. To access learning materials from the site:
   1. You can browse the catalogue and request a course from the administrator.
   2. If you have been provided with an "enrolment key", log in and go to the My Courses menu, then enter your enrolment key code in the appropriate box.
3. Once logged in, select the My Courses link from the menu to access the training courses that you are enrolled on.
4. Most of the courses run in a simulated learning environment. This means that you do not have to have the software programme associated with the actual course that you are wishing to study installed on your computer.
5. Most of our courses do not require a plug-in. Some courses however require that you have Shockwave installed. Follow this link to install the Shockwave plug-in.
