Overview

Welcome to the Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) eLearning course. This course will help you understand ADHD and challenge common misconceptions about the disorder. It will also provide insight into the symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity. You will be introduced to the treatment available for individuals with ADHD, such as medication and therapy. Finally, you will learn strategies to help individuals manage their symptoms. The course can be completed entirely online at your own pace and includes a final knowledge check to reinforce learning.

By the successful completion of this course, the learner will have gained an understanding of ADHD and an awareness of how to support individuals with ADHD.

This course is designed for those working within the Health and Social Care sector who require level 2 training in ADHD.
