Addressing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace: Creating a Safe and Respectful Environment

Course Overview

In this course, we will focus on addressing sexual harassment in the workplace to foster a safe and respectful environment for all employees. By the end of the course, you will be able to identify acceptable and unacceptable behaviours, define various types of harassment, and understand the positive impact harassment training can have on an organisation.

You will learn how to create an effective harassment policy, implement strategies to prevent workplace harassment, and know the appropriate steps to take if accused of harassment. Additionally, you will understand the complaint process and identify suitable solutions for addressing complaints. 

This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
