Business Ethics: Ethical Decision-Making and Moral Reasoning in the Workplace
Course Overview
In this course, we will explore how to navigate ethical dilemmas in the workplace and make sound decisions that align with moral and ethical principles. Throughout the course, participants will gain the knowledge and skills to differentiate between morals and ethics, explore philosophical approaches to decision-making, learn how to avoid dilemmas and make better decisions, identify strategies to improve ethics in the workplace, and utilise a range of tools to aid in ethical decision-making.
By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the necessary insights and resources to approach ethical challenges with confidence and integrity, contributing to a more ethical and principled work environment.
This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
