About the Course

The hazards you face at work will depend on your job and the environment that you work in. Each hazard has its own risks which you can reduce by putting control measures, such as PPE, in place to protect your health and safety.

PPE should only be used when there are no safer control measures available to prevent people having contact with a hazard. Where it is needed, it’s important people are trained to use it properly.
