Bullying and Harassment

Overview

All of us have a role to play in building and maintaining a workplace environment based on respect — and where inappropriate behaviour is recognised, challenged, and never tolerated.

Using many drama scenarios and subject matter expert interviews, this course explores how to recognise bullying, harassment, and other forms of inappropriate behaviour at work - and strategies and tips for people on the receiving end, as well as bystanders.

• The impact of bullying of bullying and harassment on individuals and teams
• The role of the victim, the perpetrator and the bystander
• A three step approach to confronting perpetrators
• Effective Bystander interventions
