Data Protection Adaptive

Overview

Data Protection (adaptive) is an advanced course focused on GDPR in the EU and UK. It covers essential concepts of data protection, personal data, organisational responsibilities and individual rights, using scenarios at a fictional company to delve into more complex aspects of the laws.

The course begins with a pre-test that evaluates learners' pre-existing knowledge of the material, and allows them to skip individual topics they have already mastered.

• Understanding EU + UK GDPR protection legislation best practices
• Helping learners to understand their current data protection knowledge level with a pre-course test
• Helping learners realise their knowledge gaps based on pre-course test results
• Fill learners knowledge gaps using tailored modules (learners won't have to study topics which they passed in the pre-course test)
