Workplace is a place where individuals from diverse backgrounds, varied educational qualifications and different interests come together to strive and work towards a greater goal. This also means that organizational dynamics can be complex and could sometimes be difficult to interpret for the employees. Workplace politics is one such phenomenon that tends to creep in when the workplace dynamics are complex.
