In this course, we will explore the nature of anger and its effects on your body, mind, and behaviour. You will learn to recognise how anger manifests within you and discover strategies to break old patterns, replacing them with a constructive five-step method for assertive anger management. By the end, you will be equipped to control your own anger and emotions, even when faced with anger directed at you. Additionally, you will gain skills to help others manage their anger, whether it is repressed or openly expressed.
This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
