In this course, we will explore various forms of conflict that can arise in the workplace and provides strategies for resolving them effectively. By the end of the course, participants will have the skills to identify and prevent causes of conflict, confidently implement the different stages of conflict resolution, employ effective strategies when dealing with workplace conflict, and utilise methods to cope with feelings such as stress and anger.
This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
