In this course, we will explore the essentials of stress management, focusing on transforming stress into a catalyst for productivity and well-being. We will begin by understanding the nature of stress, recognising it as both a motivator and a challenge, while identifying the symptoms of chronic stress overload. Through various modules, we will build a solid foundation by identifying the specific situations in your life that cause the most stress, as well as the actions that contribute to it. You will learn practical strategies for managing stress in both your professional and personal environments, empowering you to reclaim your productivity.
The course will culminate in a quiz to assess your understanding and reinforce the skills you've developed. By the end of our journey together, you will not only appreciate that stress is an inherent part of life but also have the tools to change what can be modified, cope with what cannot, and create a personalised action plan to help reduce and manage stress effectively.
This course is approximately 30 minutes and is separated into 4 modules, the last of which is a quiz in which you must achieve a score of 80% or more to pass.
