Sepsis Awareness

Overview

In the UK alone, 5 people per hour die from sepsis. This course aims to provide the learner with the skills to identify sepsis and when it occurs, recognise the signs of sepsis and outline the steps to take for treatment of this infection.

Objectives

This training will enable learners to:

• Identify sepsis and when it occurs
• Recognise signs of sepsis
• Outline the steps to take for treatment of sepsis
