Course Overview

Research shows that mindfulness can make a big difference in the workplace. It can ease stress, reduce anxiety and even make you more productive.

One of the easiest ways to build a bit of mindfulness into your work day is to take more mindful breaks.

This course shows you how to take a more mindful approach to your downtime, from planning when you take your breaks to deciding what you do with them.

The course finishes with some knowledge-check questions, to help you reflect on what you’ve learned.
